You guys do things well, and we look forward to coming again in the future

This place was awesome. It was clean and fit our family perfect. The building and area is very well taken care of. My husband saw a security guard walking around late afternoon making sure everything was secured which made me feel great especially having younger children there. The pool was good to dip in after a hot day on the beach. It is not far from downtown. We also brought our dog for the first time and had zero problem. I would 100% rent this one again!

One piece of advise: If you are playing on staying in one of shipwatch condos, please be mindful about people under you if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Great location and close to the beach considering the type of shoreline it is. The complex also had a great enclosed area where we could let our dog play. The condo matched its description well and the host was very responsive.

This was a perfect little place for a winter vacation. They have a great open area with grills which allows room for pet's to roam around and kids to play. There is a path that lead to the beach. The people on property were super friendly and we felt very safe during our stay. Definitely planning on coming back!

Check in and check out procedures were clear and easy. Beach access was not as easy as I had hoped because of rainy weather that left the beach access trail underwater but the public beach access was only a very short walk away.

Fell in love with Saint Simons and happened to stay in ship watch the first time. Stayed a second time and still a great place to relax after a day on the beach with the kiddos. Neighbors can sometimes get a bit loud, but after 11 it's usually super quiet. The walk down onto the shore, don't forget mosquito repellent! It's a small beautiful pathway, but the mosquitos here are all on steroids

This location met our needs and the bunk beds were a great plus. Just be aware that if you have small children, teenage girls or like to run on the beach that getting out to the beach is quite marshy and a bit of a trek. We have older boys so they didn't care. The beach seems to be greatly changing in this area.

This was a perfect place for our family and dog-friendly so our fur baby had a blast too. We checked in on a Sunday, with clear instructions and easy to find keys and codes. We also had a very quick response by messaging host prior to our stay. Our 6 year old loved the pool and the grills. The beach was walkable by a private path and locked gate. Even the starter essentials were plenty (like toilet paper, dishwasher capsules and soap in bathrooms and kitchen- as well as some laundry detergent). Every appliance worked fine. We didn’t have to worry about anything making this very relaxing and fun! Thank you! Would definitely stay again!
