You will love this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, dog-friendly home with tons of amenities! Beautifully landscaped and equipped with a large garage, Sea La Vie is perfect for a small family. The den and kitchen are open and airy and the decorations are well appointed.
The spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed and full en-suite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower. There are two guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other bedroom has a set of twin beds and uses the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This great property also features a patio, screened porch, fenced-in back yard and super-nice fire pit! You will be conveniently located between the Coast Guard Station Beach Access and the Pier/Village area, just off Demere Road.
Come enjoy Sea La Vie located at 606 Shore Edge Drive on beautiful St. Simons Island.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Smaller well-behaved pups (LIMIT 2) under 35 lbs. are allowed at this property for an additional per pet fee ($50/pup non-refundable)
• Parking is available for 4 vehicles. (Garage parking - 1 vehicle)
• 5 minutes to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 6 minutes to the Pier/Village area
MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Sea La Vie is a beautiful house. We truly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that the king size bed was very uncomfortable. We moved to another bedroom which was comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast at the Palm and really liked the Crab Trap for seafood. The staff was very helpful with our reservation. Nice people. We had no other contact with them.

We rent a house every Christmas and this one was, by far, the most equipped for cooking. The house was clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property and are looking forward to staying here again next year. When in SSI we always enjoy eating at The Half Shell. Good food and a friendly staff. This year we tried the new brewery in town, Barrier Island Brewing. Loved the unique decor and the food and drinks were delicious.

Home was in a nice neighborhood, clean yard and adequately equipped. However there were a few things that needed some attention. The microwave was dirty (greasy food splatter) the dining room table looked like someone just ate off of it. Light bulbs burned out and dirty coffee filter still in the pot. Area rugs filthy, I actually washed some of them. Beautiful fireplace but now way to turn it on, was tile the remote was locked in the owners closet. Very nice garage but no opener, was supposed to be on the counter. But with those few problems the house was nice.

Not a big fan of the concrete floors. Very nice TV's but, only very basic channels. Overall; very nice house and in a very new, good condition. Everything that you would need is at the property.

The title refers to the concrete floors throughout. We loved the kitchen, bathrooms, screened porch, fenced back yard, fire pit, privacy, central location and it is perfect for dogs. But, guests are not allowed to use the beautiful gas fireplace and seating for meals is very limited.
We have rented this property many times. We come back because we enjoy the neighborhood and the people who live there. It is within walking distance to the beach (about 1 1/2 miles) and to the pier village (about 1 mile). It is close to the airport and an industrial park and at times can get a bit loud (loud noises start at 6am on some days). Over the past few years despite the rise in rental cost, the property is starting to show its age (some cookware undesirable to use), stained pillows and mattress pads. We bring our own. Be aware the floors are concrete and hard on the knees. Also the house was not as clean when we arrived as in the past.
