Welcome to Sago Palm Cottage. A perfect little beach cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath located on the mid-south end of St. Simons Island. Only 2.3 miles to the beach and 3 miles to the pier/village area. This little cottage with the big back yard is the perfect getaway while you are visiting the island.
Plenty of seating in the living room with a large flat panel Smart TV**. You will love the barn doors in the living room where you can close it off or open it up. There is a small bedroom off of the living room with a futon, desk and a computer monitor for your use. The dining room accommodates seating for 8 and the kitchen accommodates seating for 2. In addition to the small bedroom just off the living room, there are two more bedrooms. Each has queen bedding and a Smart TV. All the bedrooms are serviced by the hallway bath.
The house comes equipped with board games and books for you to enjoy. Beach towels are there for your time at the beach. A yoga mat, large dog crate and a picnic backpack are there for your use and enjoyment.
Off the back of the house is a large covered patio with a variety of seating arrangements and a hammock. In the back yard is an elevated deck that is nice during the warmer months. During the cooler months you can take advantage of the fire-pit. When the competitive fires are burning, there is a Bocce Ball Court and a Croquet Set where family championships can be won and lost.
***The soaking pool on the deck is unheated, and only open for guest use from May-October.***

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Limit 2 (two) pups. Pups are allowed with a $100 per pup non-refundable deposit.
• Parking up to 2 cars in front and side of yard
• 2.3 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 3 miles to Pier Village
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to expect in your unit:
• There are 3 Smart TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
* **NOTE: TV is streaming access only. There is no cable or live TV. Host is providing access so you can stream your own accounts using your own streaming passwords**).

We really enjoyed our stay at the vacation home in St. Simons. The location was great, the home was clean, and everything was easy and comfortable during our visit. While we had a nice time overall, we did feel that some of the furniture could use updating to make the space even more inviting. A few refreshed pieces would really elevate the experience.

It was fine. We wanted a property with a fenced in yard for the dogs. First time in the my dog found a large baited fish hook. Had I not been attentive, she would have swallowed it. The house was adequate. I left a new can opener behind for the next folks. The place could use some new mattresses and linens. Otherwise, the location was great and it served our purposes.

Everything we (2 adults) needed! Great location, easy drive to everything on the island. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Comfortable with the small exception of the sofa. Too soft resulting in back aches. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Great yard and covered patio. A dog's paradise.

The property was terrific for us. The entire house and contents was very well thought out.
Close to everything in town and a super short ride to the bike path leading to East Beach. House had everything we needed with a well-equipped kitchen and the backyard was spacious and great for relaxing.
