Welcome to River Retreat located at the north end of St. Simons in Plantation Point neighborhood. You will be glad you booked this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome.

Amazing views of the Hampton River await you! The river is just steps away and the Hampton Point Marina is a short walk. The King and Prince Golf Course is a short drive. Bring your bikes, boats, kayaks and golf clubs as you will be entering an outdoor paradise. If the big outdoors doesn't float your boat then just come for the view and use of the community pool.

Plantation Point #1038 is a month-only rental. You will definitely want to spend your winters here! Once inside, you will love the attractively decorated home, comfortable furniture and bedding. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with a king, queen and two twins. All three bedrooms come equipped with an ensuite baths. A half bath services the main living level.

The kitchen, dining room and living room have an open design. The kitchen is equipped to handle all your culinary creations. The dining table seats 6 and the living room has lots of comfy seating with a flat panel TV and view of the river. No matter why you are on the island you will be glad you decides to stay at Plantation Point 1038.
