Welcome to Palmetto Cottage!
You will love this two bedroom and two bath bungalow located in Glynn Haven Estates. This central island location gives you easy access to Sea Palms and the King and Prince golf courses. You will be a short walk or golf cart ride to numerous, eclectic shops and restaurants that line both sides of Frederica Road. This location also has great on/off island access via Sea Island Causeway.
When you are not out and about, you can enjoy the new construction in Palmetto Cottage. Ceramic hardwood flooring throughout, modern kitchen, solid surface counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, tray ceilings, walk in showers, great stone and tile work. It is just an amazing little bungalow.
Each of the two bedrooms has new, comfortable Queen beds. Just off the dining room area, you can retreat to the patio in a private, fenced-in area.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway
• Dog friendly with a $50/pet non-refundable deposit.
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 2 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

A place to avoid the Ottawa cold winters and play greatgolf coourses near-by. The property is clean/comfortable but a bit away from the action in the village.

Super easy, booked it, paid it, picked up the keys, beautiful little house in a nice neighborhood, 15 minutes to everything (beaches, restaurants, sunset cruise). We had a blast and truly enjoyed our little getaway!

I was shocked at how updated and well maintained the property is!! Seemed like a brand new house, and is MUCH more spacious than I expected!!! We enjoyed it so much and it was a great accommodation for our anniversary trip with our dogs. The fenced yard was CRITICAL for our dogs to be safe when going outside. It was just everything we needed, and more!
We really enjoyed our rental!

When we first arrived to the neighborhood I was concerned because it was a very high density area. We were plesently surprised. The neighborhood is quite and neighbors are friendly. The cottage is very cute, clean and comfortable. Your not far from town or any stores. We enjoyed our stay and so did our 4 legged kids. The yard is completely fenced for them to explore. Wished the yard was not all dirt because they tracked in a lot of that.

We appreciated the Palmetto St, rental and, with the fenced-in yard it was perfect for our two little dogs which was a selling point for us. It's in a high-density neighborhood, but everyone we met was friendly. The unit could use more lighting.
Looking forward to vacationing with y'all again!
