The master bedroom includes a queen bed and a beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a 40-inch TV for relaxed evenings. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is served by a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Located in the desirable Ocean Walk complex, the condo is just a half mile from the St. Simons Pier and Village area and three-quarters of a mile from the beach. Residents enjoy access to two swimming pools, one of which is heated during the winter months, along with a tennis and pickleball court and a stocked lake perfect for catch-and-release fishing. This makes it an excellent choice for those looking to hunker down comfortably on the island during the winter season.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
