Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer Oasis at East Beach, a stunning East Beach home with a private pool.
The home has four large bedrooms and five and half baths. There is plenty of room for a great family gathering! Oasis at East Beach, located at 4318 Sixth Street, offers spacious living areas both indoors and outdoors.
The gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances is open to the dining area which seats 8 comfortably. There is also a breakfast nook just off the kitchen which allows for 4 more seats. Want comfort? Gather together with your family in the amazingly comfortable den or even better - downstairs in the playroom!
The main level of the home also has an Master Suite with a king bed and en-suite bath featuring a garden tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Upstairs has an additional Master suite with a King bed and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. Two additional bedrooms are also located on the top floor - one with king size bed and the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds, each with its' own en-suite with tub/shower combination.
The ground level is the perfect spot for lounging! Enjoy the indoor tiki bar, mini-fridge and a ping pong table for hours of fun! The Lounge also has the perfect set up for watching the games or drying off after a late dip in the pool!
The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $400. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you want the pool heated.
With excellent features like a private pool, Wi-Fi, private elevator, multiple balconies and the Lounge - this house is sure not to disappoint!

Oasis on East Beach is within 0.50 miles of the beach. The distance to the village is just over a mile.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
• Dogs considered with prior approval (with $100/pet non-refundable pet fee) Limit 2.
• Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway - No Street Parking (NOTE: garage is not available for guests)
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 6 TVs and 6 DVD players in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

NOTE: Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.

Oasis at East Beach was perfect! We have family living on St Simons Island and needed additional space for a large reunion. The house is in a great location for the beach, village and many other places. The house has everything anyone would need for a vacation on St Simons. Unfortunatley, the weather was not great so we were not able to use the pool as much as we had hoped, but there are many games and puzzles available. The ping pong table was a great plus. One of our group has mobility issues, so the elevator really helped us out. Julie with RealEscape Properties was awesome, we didn't need to contact her for anything while we were there, but I had questions prior to our trip and she was always available with answers.

This home was very nice and clean. Large enough for a big family and friends. We found that it would have been nice to have more seating in the living room to watch tv. Also many of the lamps in the home did not have bulbs which made it difficult to read a book. The basement was also very dark.the dishwasher did not work well and we had to wash the dishes after the cycle finished. Needed more silverware too
It was great to have a pool. The pool area needs to be more inviting with some shade and maybe some greenery. Overall a nice home but these small
Detaiks would have made the stay nicer.

The process for the rental was so very easy and the staff so accommodating!! Thank goodness for the elevator but that was one of the reasons I chose this rental. Also, there were king beds & bathrooms in each bedroom plus two half baths, making it very convenient! It was very clean and comfortable! We thought it was closer to the village but it is a block away from a beach access which was very nice! We really appreciated the new bikes!! We had two issues; one was the dishwasher was unplugged/lose and the other was the ice maker "did not work." BUT..that was our fault for not pushing the tray back deep enough. The staff responded immediately and all was well!!! Only one thing missing from the unit....dish towels! A great 4days/3night stay!!

This is my 2nd time renting this property. Once again everything was great. Great location, plenty of space, very clean. We opted to have the pool heater turned on which made a huge difference, Will definitely stay here again in the future.
