On the main level, you will notice hardwood flooring throughout, gorgeous shiplap paneling, open living area that overlooks the dining room and kitchen, and walk in pantry. The kitchen features granite counter tops, gas stove, island, and custom cabinetry.

The spacious master suite offers a King bed with an en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanities, and a huge walk in closet. The over-sized laundry room has a wash sink, plenty of storage, and new full-sized washer and dryer.

An additional two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are located upstairs with their own private, full bathrooms, walk-in closets and new carpet! The landing area at the top of the stairwell features two twin beds – the perfect bonus area!

The exterior features gorgeous oak trees and has been beautifully landscaped with hardscapes and a large firepit in the rear. Don't forget the picture-perfect white picket fence!

• Any group gatherings at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Dogs are allowed at this cottage for a $100 per pup non-refundable fee. Limit 2 pups.
• Parking space for 2 vehicles in front of the house.
• 3.3 miles to East Beach Coast Guard Access, 3.6 miles to the Pier, Village & Lighthouse, .7 miles to Harris Teeter (closest grocery), 2.1 miles to Sea Palms Golf Center

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 – this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to expect in your unit:
• There are 3 TVs in this property.
• Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are provided
• Starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bag. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
