This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is located in the beautiful, gated community of The Waterfront at Golden Isles Marina, where you're surrounded by stunning views of the Frederica River, St. Simons Sound, and Jekyll Island. The location is ideal for easy on/off island access and is just minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, the Pier Village, and more. But if you're in the mood to explore, you're all set — we’ve stocked the condo with adventure gear including:

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your unit:
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets), hair dryers, fully equipped kitchen, along with a starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
