“Lesser Breeze” 2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom beach cottage - walk to the Beach on St. Simons Island!
Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer you Lesser Breeze. This welcoming island property was originally built in 1929 and completely renovated in 1996. Enjoy the character and charm of a traditional beach home under the palms in a quiet in-demand neighborhood. With all the modern amenities, Island Breeze is great for families, couples, small groups or a wonderful personal get-away.
The cozy living room opens onto the front porch which features rocking chairs and a beckoning porch swing. The fully equipped kitchen has dining for 4 plus a breakfast bar, and opens onto the rear porch with seating and dining for 6. All rooms have warm bead board ceilings and overhead fans.
The cottage has a TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi (high speed internet) and Fire stick with Sling TV and additional streaming options. A full-sized stack washer/dryer and an outdoor gas grill are available for your use. There is a double security door tucked away that joins with “Island Breeze”.
This property is located a short walk from the ocean, and 1 mile to the pier and Village. It’s a quick walk to popular St. Simons restaurants such as The Crab Trap, Barrier Island, Echo, Crab Daddy’s, Fiddler’s, and King & Prince. Parking is available for two cars.
St. Simons Island is a special place every season of the year. We are happy to share Lesser Breeze with you!

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.

• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• Short walk to Myrtle Street Public Beach Access,1 mile to Pier Village on the island-wide bike path.
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV located in this property.
• Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
NOTE: There are exterior cameras on the back of the home.
NOTE: There is an Amazon Fire stick attached to the TV. Instructions for using the provided app SlingTV are provided.
NOTE: This home is elevated to comply with coastal flood regulations. (See floor plan and photos)

Overall it was nice, just had a few issues with cleanliness. Towels left in one of the bedroom hanging behind the door looked like they'd been used. And we had guests - ended up giving the cockroaches names. "Pablo la cucaracha" was humongous.

This was my 1st trip alone with my kids.loved the location.The 3 panel window in kitchen needs blindsor curtains very creepy at night alone with kids. You can see straight in.Needs to be sprayed saw a few bugs only in bathroom. I would recommend and stay again.

Two bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice size kitchen and living room also. We really enjoyed relaxing on one of the two screened porches. Very walkable to the pier area, other restaurants in a different direction and the beach! Neighborhood was quiet, especially in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the two porches - they provided great spaces for breakfast and relaxation. The house is in a great location, minutes from the beach and a little walk from the pier and lighthouse. Giving a 4 star for cleanliness as we saw quite a few **** roaches' during our stay.

My sister and I enjoyed a short stay at this location. We enjoyed that we could walk to dinner and even downtown. It was very close to the beach. Note that you will want to have beach chairs if you are visiting the beach as the sand was as hard as a rock. The unit was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our evenings on the screened in porches. Check in and check out was seamless. They even provided recommendations for our stay. We really enjoyed our day trip to Driftwood beach on Jekyll Island.

Lesser Breeze was the perfect place for our little family (me, wife, two boys under 10). Set in a relaxing neighborhood. Cute dog traffic walking around. 2 blocks straight shot to the beach. Two wonderful screened porches to relax on. The property renters were super easy to work with. Will stay here again.

Lesser Breeze was the perfect cottage for our family for 4. It is by far the most well stocked rental we have stayed at on the island. Plenty of sheets and pillow, kitchen stocked with everything you would need and a living room full of games and books. The fire stick for the TV was easy to use. We were less than a 5 minute golf cart ride from the ocean and super close to the village and pier. We want to try and rent both Fuller and Lesser breeze together and enjoy it with all our extended family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved this home! Two screened porches that we used for morning quiet time and evening dinner, plenty of space, such character! The home had everything you need - and then some. Kitchen was more than amply stocked- and then there were books, games, puzzles. It was clean, well kept, just a short walk to beach and close to everything. Loved the high ceilings and cozy interior. I don’t have anything negative to say- we enjoyed it so much!

Quiet neighborhood with all the businesses nearby by car or on foot, the beach is easily accessible, nearby parks for children to have fun and for picnics, the house is comfortable, clean and warm, so much so that I felt right at home! And the kitchen is very well equipped with everything.We enjoyed it to the fullest. We found many churches nearby of different denominations to celebrate EASTER, of course I recommend it with 5 stars and more!
