Welcome to the Island Retreat Cottage in Glynn Haven - also known as 516 Palmetto Street.
Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and located mid-island in the Glynn Haven Subdivision. Great location - convenient to groceries, boutiques, restaurants and golf. Even better, it's only a 4 mile ride to the beach or the Pier/Village area.
The recent construction leaves the house with that clean and shiny feeling. There are Smart TV's in the living room and in both bedrooms. You can sleep six here comfortably with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room and a queen sleeper in the den. There are two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. A fully stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances, will make dinner for six a snap. The open kitchen, dining room, and living room keep everyone connected and together while the games are on and a meal is prepared.
Smart TVs have the following apps connected: YouTubeTV, Netflix and Amazon Prime for your streaming pleasure!
You will enjoy the side patio with a gas grill and picnic style seating for six while entertaining outdoors. All so cute! You can see why the little "Beach Cottage in Glynn Haven" is such a huge vacation spot.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• One (1) Dog is allowed at this property for an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee. (No cats.)
• Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TV's in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

I rented this little gem of a house for six months. I feel as if the owner thought of everything to make it comfortable and easy, E. G. Hooks by the front door, a shoe rack, and cable TV (not a streaming service). It’s really cutely decorated and dog friendly.

This home was perfect for our stay on the magical St. Simon's Island. The home is clean, cozy, comfortable and contains all that is needed for daily life. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood of friendly, helpful people. We rode our rental bikes all over the island from here and had the best time. There are restaurants and shops within an easy walk too. Highly recommend this place!
