Welcome to Brockinton Marsh 371. A cozy, two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome (sleeps 5) with recent updates and all new décor awaits you. Downstairs, enjoy the living and kitchen areas with tiled floors, updated stainless steel kitchen appliances, cabinets, counter tops and all new furniture. The dining room seats six and you may enjoy your evenings watching the large wall mounted TV in the well-appointed living room. Off of the living room is a deck with seating for four and grill for your convenience. An updated half bath rounds out the downstairs of this Island Oasis.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two full and updated bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, large flat panel TV and a deck off of the bedroom. The master has an en-suite, recently updated full size bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a pull-out trundle and flat panel TV. There is an updated bathroom just off the hallway from this bedroom with a tub/shower combination.
Picture yourself at the Island Oasis wearing a comfy robe in a lush tropical setting listening to song birds on the patio with your morning coffee. Head to the saltwater pool steps away, or take a quick drive to the beach with the robes, beach towels, chairs and blankets provided for you.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (5 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• 2.7 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 2 mile to Pier Village
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
NOTE: Fireplace is for decoration only. Please do not attempt to use.

Loved the place!! It was very clean, the kitchen as well stocked(which is very rare) It had every little gadget we needed, the beds were soooo comfy. It was centrally located close to everything.
My only suggestion was the pool, needed some attention, full of leaves and bugs. We did enjoy the beach, but like to jump in the pool we get back from the beach..
The property manager was very helpful, even called us to let us know we could check in early, love that!

Exterior wood needs attention: some, especially front steps could become a safety hazard. Pool and pool area was not clean, lots of leaves an a couple of branches—do NOT look inviting.

The unit was as described on the website. The furniture was rearranged (for the better) and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked even though we ate out most of the time. The unit was clean and in a very nice location. There were couple lights out (main one was the outside front light if coming home in the dark). Check in/out was simple and convenient. The only issue we had was getting the living room TV to work and the channel selection was minimal.
There are lots of things to see and do while on St Simons Island as well as neighboring Jekyll Island. I recommend the Light House and World War II Home Front Museums (they offer a discount if see both), Redfern Village & Pier Village. Gnats Landing has great food and was a great place to watch baseball playoff games. Jittery Joe's Coffee is more than just coffee and it's attached to a book store (bonus). We also went to Southern Soul BBQ, Sal's Neighborhood Pizzeria, Crab Trap and Barrier Island Brewing, would recommend them. Georgia Sea Turtle Center and Driftwood Beach is a must if visiting Jekyll Island (there is an $8 fee/car). Also grab lunch at the Beach House.

Overall the unit was clean, affordable and comfortable. Although this unit is not on the beach, public beach was within about a 7-10 min drive. Our only problem was when my daughter and I tried to use the outlets in the bathrooms they did not work. I looked all over the unit to find the reset button and or breaker box but could not find either. My daughter had to sit in the bedroom floor to blow dry her hair and I sat at the kitchen table. Also, the refrigerator smelled like rotten fish. I did clean the inside with Clorox and also placed a box of soda in the freezer which added a little relief after about 24 hours but did not eliminate the problem.

My partner and I had a great stay in this quiet condo. The location was perfect for the visit to our family and grandchildren in their nearby new home. The condo was very well equipped and very nicely furnished and decorated. The surrounding nature was very attractive.

The condo itself need attention. Decks are falling apart. Bathrooms need work too. Safety item should be installed to aid seniors.
