”Island Breeze" 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage - walk to the Beach on St. Simons Island
Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer you Island Breeze! This welcoming island property was originally built in 1929 and completely renovated in 1996. Enjoy the character and charm of a traditional beach home under the palms in a quiet in-demand neighborhood. With all the modern amenities, Island Breeze is great for families, golf getaways, or girls' trips.
The great room is a fabulous open living/dining/kitchen space with a table seating 8-10 and a breakfast bar seating 4. Island Breeze also features a large rear deck with outdoor dining tables that seat 8 along with Adirondack chairs. The front screened porch with porch swing and rocking chairs is the perfect spot to relax. All rooms have warm bead board ceilings and overhead fans.
The great room has a TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi (high speed internet) and Fire stick with Sling TV and additional streaming options This large space opens through French doors to the rear deck. Full-sized stack washer/dryer and an outdoor gas grill are available for your use.
This property is located a short walk from the ocean, and 1 mile to the pier and Village. It’s a quick walk to popular St. Simons restaurants: Crab Trap, Barrier Island, Echo, Crab Daddy’s, Fiddler’s, and King & Prince. Parking is available for up to four cars—two can be parked under the house out of the weather.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.

• Short walk to Myrtle Street Public Beach Access,1 mile to Pier Village on the island-wide bike path.
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
NOTE: There are exterior cameras on the back of the home.
NOTE: The fireplace is decorative only. Please do not attempt to use.
NOTE: There is an Amazon Fire stick attached to the TV. Instructions for using the provided app SlingTV are provided.

Great accommodations! Pictures don’t do justice. Very high ceilings and open space in great room. Very clean, had good amenities. Only thing weird was the oven (which was brand new) was tricky. We used a couple of times and it was hard to get set. Suggest Leaving directions on how to set the oven temp.leaving directions on how to set the oven temp. Note unless you’re renting the entire property there is a small Separated but connected unit that may also be rented. You will share a common deck. The guest that stayed when we were there were super nice and we enjoyed their company. Super close to everything it’s truly fantastic -you run a big grocery trip at the beginning of the week drop your keys and walk or bike to everything there after! Highly recommend!

We loved it. It was so spacious and close to the village. It’s an older place but we loved the cabin feel to it. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and it was a great price for what you get
Our crew had the best of time it had the perfect amount of space and comfort. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again!
