Welcome to Hotel Gravely - where the sand, surf and wonderful accommodations all come together for your perfect vacation.
Hotel Gravely is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located just steps from the beach and just a few blocks away from the well-known St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Pier and Village area. If you hear the name “Cedar House” you are in the right spot!
Upon entering your new favorite place, you’ll find a foyer and hallway leading to two bedrooms, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry room. Of the downstairs bedrooms, one has a queen-sized bed with a SmartTV and the other bedroom is a “Georgia Bulldog” Suite! Kids will love this UGA-themed room with a set of daybeds with trundles, smart TV, DVD player and eating area.
The second level features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances which opens up to a great living room /entertaining area – complete with a built-in bar. The master bedroom is on this level with a king-sized bed, smart TV and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are chairs for 4 on the downstairs patio and a deck for two perched on the balcony above. The “Cedar House” residents share a huge fire pit and backyard grill. Hang with your old friends and make plenty of new ones!
Right next door to the Hotel Gravely is the Ocean Lodge where you can dine and have drinks from the rooftop deck that features some amazing ocean views.
Oh, and did we mention you are just STEPS from the beach when you stay at Hotel Gravely?
Hotel Gravely, located at 1006 Ocean Boulevard, is the ideal vacation spot for you and your family.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Dogs are allowed for a $100/pup non-refundable fee (Limit 2)
• Parking space for 2 cars in the driveway
• 1 block to nearest Public Beach Access, 1/4 mile to St. Simons Lighthouse, Pier and Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Note: Garage is not accessible for parking.

We rented the best rental spot at St. Simon Island. It was a short walk to the private beach. You could walk or ride to shop, or eat. We were also walking distance to the light house and next to it was a children’s playground and water park. All the family enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was great, except they desperately need to replace the smelly sofa. Fabreze didn't do the trick.
Kitchen was adequately stocked.
Bathrooms clean, however both bathrooms could have used a 2nd non-slip rug in front of shower due to tile floors.
Great location that was close to shopping and beach.

We've stayed on SSI a number of times and really liked the location; it was a short walk to Pier Village and very short walk to the beach. The pickleball courts were also close by.
We loved the balcony - it was wonderful place to drink coffee, read a book (or check email) and bask in the morning sun. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast (and other times too). We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, only one block to beach. Home had everything you needed. Property looked just like the pictures. Clean and well maintained ..deck was brand new, UGA fans for sure . We had a small problem with electricity in main living area, breaker box easy to find but when I got a spark, I had property manager come over. Julie, I hope I have her name right, responded quickly on phone and showed up to fix the issue quickly as well. Very pleasant and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

We had some problems with the stairs wearing on our hips. Kitchen window needs a blind! Master bath shower does not drain properly.

This is very convenient to everything. Quick access back to the bridge as well as to real escape properties. Our realtor did a great job finding what we were looking for and always jumped to our needs whenever we did need something to done . Our stay was comforting and glad to have beach access within a few feet!
