Harbour Oaks #604 is an upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. This unit has an open living and dining room area and is the perfect place for hanging out with family after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 5. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.
The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• 1 Covered parking spot is available. Additional parking is available in unmarked spots.
• Sorry, NO pets are allowed in this unit.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area, pickeball and playgrounds.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property for streaming
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in Harbour Oaks 604 and it feels like “our vacation home”. It’s comfortable, provides everything you need and is well taken care of. It’s always very clean upon arrival and we try to leave it that way, too! It’s less than a minute to the pool. The balcony is small, but private! It’s conveniently located to the parks, Pier Shops and the pier and not a far golf cart (or car) ride to the beaches! We’ll stay here over and over again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo and the kids turned down an ocean front condo to be in walking distance to the Pier Shops! Our older teens have freedom to walk and the social life of the Pier and shops are fantastic! This condo is so clean and comfortable- close to the pool, town and the beach! We will stay here again and again!

Love the unit, complex, pool, and the quietness of the location. SSI is a gem. People are so friendly. Found a great church in the Community Church. Great staff at Real Escape Properties!

I was delightfully surprised at how easy it was to pick up keys from Real Escapes and our condo was literally 2 minutes away. The condo is located in a gated community just blocks from the St. Simons Pier Village, easily walkable, but the golf cart was a hit! The condo was super clean and comfortable, everything you could need was there! From kitchen utensils to laundry detergent (w&d inside the condo), plenty of towels, linens and in the closet were lots of hangers and surprise extras, like tennis rackets and a beach umbrella! Two bedrooms, a pull-out bed in the living room and a wonderful little sitting space have everyone options for sleeping! This condo is ideal in every way! A little balcony provided a special spot for coffee in the morning! The pool was relatively close and very relaxing! The condos must be super well insulated because you could not hear the kids from one room to the next! That alone is priceless when on a family vacation!

In the beginning we asked what did we get ourselves into. After a night, everything was ok. Not used to the outdated unit. The unit had very poor water pressure and the toilets didnt flush a few times but we made it work. We played in a golf tournment and the condo was convenient so that was a plus. Overall satisfied. Would use again.

Location is great. If you are a pickleball player , bring your raquets as you can walk to the courts. Oven pilot was out on top of stove, dryer is kinda loud when getting it started. The beds were comfy but the not plan to eat a leisurely breakfast in the mornings. You can barely fit one person on it.
