This single-story home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. The open-concept living and dining area creates a warm, inviting space where everyone can stay connected. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, comfortable easy chairs, and a large wall-mounted smart TV, perfect for family movie nights or relaxing together. The dining area comfortably seats six at the table with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.

Just off the living room is a spacious screened-in porch, complete with a table for six, a smaller table for two, and a comfortable sofa — an excellent spot for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening relaxation without worrying about bugs. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and the fully fenced yard provides a safe space for kids to play.
