The town house was beautiful, plenty of room, all the amenities-we couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay! Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Beds were extra comfy and the sheets and bedding were luxurious. When I had a question or two, Katie responded quickly. We’d definitely like to stay here again sometime! Enjoyed the beach and the pool and the surrounding area was quiet. Great for a family vacation. Close to the downtown and super close to the beautiful & clean beach.

This place checks all the boxes! Very spacious. We had two families staying here which included a teen, 2 toddlers and an infant and we were all very comfortable. The listing mentions having a lot of great extras for your beach vacation but when I say Katie really has it ALL covered, I mean it. Next time I will pack much lighter and the drive will be much more comfortable. Lots of coolers, a wagon, several beach chairs, umbrella, towels, all of it is already here. Straight shot through the parking lot to the beach. And just a few minutes to all the other places you’d want to go. I have also never woken up so well rested in an airbnb or hotel. The mattress was perfect! Definitely recommend.

Easy walk or bike ride to beach, village, and restaurants, parking is convenient as well, Katie and her manager were quick with communication, the 4 bedrooms with ensuites were perfect for our family, plus all the extras that were provided made Katie's place above the rest, not having to haul chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc from home was so nice!!! The kitchen was well equipped - even a waffle iron! Can't complain about the decor at all!

Plenty of room for our group, nice community pool, with a very short walk to the beach!

Saint Simons Island offers so many activities and wonderful restaurants to choose from. The biking was excellent and if you like to fish, there are piers, creeks, and the surf.

It was nice to have basic kitchen/bath items, ample bath towels and beach gear to utilize. The pool was never crowded and there was plenty of beach to stake out a spot. The week we were at the beach there was someone selling flavored ice and another person renting beach bikes, kayaks, and sailboat rides.

Really great house that has a good amount of a space for a larger group.

The kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the screened in back porch. The proximity to the beach is great too. We’re already booked for next year!

Close to the beach and the pool. A fully equipped place with all one needs for enjoying the beach. You can walk to the great eateries like Fiddlers, Crabdaddies and other places nearby. We hope to return.

Everything it set up in a way where you can find what you need easily and the multiple floors gave everyone the space they needed. The porches are comfortable and such a nice place to relax in the evening!

Perfect location to the beach and less than 5 min drive to local restaurants, the pier, and shops. The house is clean and spacious and very welcoming. Will definitely go back next time we are in St Simons!

This place was super spacious. Just steps away from the pool and beach In a nice area. Everything was very clean and we comfortably slept 6 adults and 4 children.

VERY close walking to beach and pool. We had 2 very young kids with us which means often short beach/pool trips. Being so close let us maximize that time! Close to restaurants, coffee, etc.. No complaints from anyone—would rebook in the future!

It had everything we needed and all the extras. The porch and balcony were so quaint and relaxing with plenty of seating.

Plenty of space to lay out and relax when it was raining. But as soon as the sun came out we were able to take a very short walk to the beach! There were so many appliances and kitchenware that we did most of our meals right at the house.

Not only was it more spacious than we had imagined, it was close to everything. We took advantage of the awesome beach access and were in walking distance to restaurants and other activities. We would definitely come back and plan to stay longer.

The house was in a great location. we had 9 adults and 1 child, and it was still plenty of room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made for privacy for everyone!

Nice beach condo with wonderful amenities, especially the kitchen. You will enjoy the screen porch and proximity to beach. This was our first stay at St. Simons, and this condo helped us enjoy it.

It was a super short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to the village. The house was adorably finished and had plenty of space for us all to spread out. The community pool and grounds were immaculate. If we vacation in Saint Simons, we will definitely be staying here again.

This home is super spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bedroom was comfortable and each had their own full bathroom. The common areas were welcoming also. We rode our bikes to the store and walked to dinner one night.

As soon as you walk in, it is quite obvious that he wants his guests to enjoy his place as much as his family does. The townhouse has easy access to the beach and is loaded with beach goodies ready to use. We were very grateful to leave all that equipment at home! This place is just delightful and perfect for a family beach vacation!
