”Fuller Breeze" 6 Bedroom, 3 bathroom beach cottage - walk to the Beach on St. Simons Island!
Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer you Fuller Breeze. This welcoming island property was originally built in 1929 and completely renovated in 1996. Enjoy the character and charm of a traditional beach home under the palms in a quiet in-demand neighborhood. With all the modern amenities, Fuller Breeze is great for families, golf getaways or girls' trips.
The great room is a fabulous open living/dining/kitchen space with a table seating 8-10 and a breakfast bar seating 4. Fuller Breeze also features a large rear deck with outdoor dining tables that seat 8 along with Adirondack chairs. The front screened porch with porch swing and rocking chairs is the perfect spot to relax. All rooms have warm bead board ceilings and overhead fans.
The great room has a TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi (high speed internet) and Fire stick with Sling TV and additional streaming options. This large space opens through French doors to the rear deck. Two full-sized stack washer/dryers and an outdoor gas grill are available for your use.
The smaller living room opens onto a front porch which features rocking chairs and a beckoning porch swing. It has a TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi (high speed internet) and Fire stick with Sling TV and additional streaming options. The second fully equipped kitchen has dining for 4 plus a breakfast bar, and opens onto the rear porch with seating and dining for 6. There is a double security door tucked away that joins the two wings.
This property is located a short walk from the ocean, and 1 mile to the pier and Village. It’s a quick walk to popular St. Simons restaurants such as The Crab Trap, Barrier Island, Echo, Crab Daddy’s, Fiddler’s, and King & Prince. Parking is available for up to six cars—two can be parked under the house out of the weather.
St. Simons Island is a special place every season of the year. We are happy to share Fuller Breeze with you!

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.

• Short walk to Myrtle Street Public Beach Access, 1 mile to Pier Village on the island-wide bike path.
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
NOTE: There are exterior cameras on the back of the home.
NOTE: The fireplace is decorative only. Please do not attempt to use.
NOTE: There are Amazon Fire sticks attached to the TVs. Instructions for using the provided app SlingTV are provided.

No problem at this location. Plenty of bedrooms, sitting space (indoors and outdoors), two kitchens, ample parking, and easy access to all St Simons attractions. The attention to detail, instructions, and helpful notices all enhanced the experience. If we had another large group getaway, this place will be #1 on our list.

We rented both units of Fuller Breeze for our extended family vacation. This roomy house with several decks and screened in porches is perfect for a large group. We had 8 adults and 6 children. It’s located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. This vintage beach house has so much character.

Fuller Breeze is so beautiful and made our vacation/reunion/wedding stay so beautiful. It was so much more beautiful than I could even imagine. Beautifully decorated, homey, comfortable - relaxing. Porches everywhere - for peace, for quiet, total relaxation. Close walk to the Myrtle Beach. Such a wonderful place for family and friends. Stay here! We had such a wonderful beach week and this house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also a large enough area to all be together.

The place was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. The only thing was the floors, like most rentals, could use a good mopping. Beds were comfortable with plenty of covers and extra in the closet if you needed anything. We were able to cook our meals in the large well stocked kitchen. Our elementary age grandkids were able to walk the distance to the beach easily and they loved the house too!
