Accommodations: The home spans approximately 2,990 sq ft and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a total of 8 beds. Each bedroom has it own en suite.

Amenities & Community Access
On-Site Facilities: A fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances (stovetop, microwave, dishwasher), flat-screen TVs with cable, and a private entrance.

Shared Amenities: Guests have access to the Coast Cottages community pools (heated upon request for a fee) and an oceanfront pavilion.

The south pool is heated automatically by the HOA Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and from March 15 to April 15 for spring break.

First Floor:
As you step through the front entrance, you'll immediately appreciate the wide plank wood flooring that runs throughout the entire house, adding a warm and inviting touch. To your right, you'll find a cozy bunk bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds, each with double beds underneath and singles on top, perfect for accommodating children or additional guests. This room also includes an en-suite bath equipped with a walk-in shower and a smart TV for entertainment.

To the left of the entrance, a well-appointed laundry room is conveniently located, and across the hall, the second bedroom awaits. This space boasts queen bedding, an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and its own smart TV. Adjacent to it, the third bedroom offers a sense of tranquility with a king bed, an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower, and a smart TV, providing a comfortable retreat for all guests.

Second Floor:
Heading upstairs to the main living level, you are welcomed by an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is spacious and thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating to accommodate large gatherings. The eclectic-themed decor is both charming and playful, highlighted by a working Wurlitzer juke box that sets the mood for fun evenings. Step out onto the balcony from the living room to enjoy views of the picturesque Coast Cottages neighborhood, where you can unwind with a good book or enjoy your morning coffee.

The dining area is a statement in itself, featuring seating for ten at the table and four additional spots at the kitchen bar. Decorated with a large neon lobster wall hanging, it captures the essence of coastal living. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, showcasing imported Italian terrazzo countertops, high end appliances, distressed cabinetry, and eclectic lighting fixtures that enhance its character. A half bath on this level adds convenience, while a dedicated coffee bar adjacent to the kitchen ensures you can start your day off right. There is also an under counter ice maker and wine fridge.

Third Floor:

As you ascend to the third floor, a cozy second living area greets you, complete with a wet bar, a large flat-panel TV, and another balcony that provides a peaceful vantage point to survey the vibrant neighborhood. Off this sitting room, the master bedroom awaits, featuring a king bed, a flat-panel TV, and an en-suite bath that includes both a walk-in shower and a separate tub for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach. The master suite also boasts a private balcony with a spiral staircase that leads to a rooftop deck, where you can soak in beautiful ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. There is a full sized sleeper sofa located on the 3rd floor living area.

• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles directly in front of the cottage. Parking passes will be provided.
• Walk to the beach! Pier & Village are approximately 2 miles down Ocean Boulevard

Minimum Age to Rent is 30 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 6 TVs located in this property. Cable on the Family Room and Primary bedroom and Peacock Premium. The rest of the TV's are smart TV for streaming.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
