Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, two story townhome located within easy biking distance of the village, pier, and the beach.
The downstairs level contains the living room (with a queen sleeper sofa), half bath located directly off of the foyer, dining area and stocked kitchen. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably and the updated breakfast bar seats provide 4 additional seats.
The upstairs level features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a television and the guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
This is an end unit with a quaint little patio just outside the back door.
Other amenities include WI-FI, washer/dryer, plus an on-site pool which is open seasonally. The complex is located just around the corner from a public park with children's playground, plus tennis and basketball courts.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• One marked parking space is provided. Any additional cars may park in any unmarked spots.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

This was my first visit to St. Simon’s, so I did not know exactly where to stay nor did I want to overspend for a quick, exploratory trip. This condo/townhome is well located in a quiet complex, tucked off the main road. It was easy to drive or walk to both beach and village, although id recommend driving. The condo is well-thought and appointed, perfect for a family or two couples. The kitchen, while dated, is clean and had everything you need to prepare meals. The sheets and towels were good quality. The outdoor patio is a nice spot to read a book, drink coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine. Overall the condo is obviously well-cared for and the owners have considered what vacationers need and want for a home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious and comfortable. We liked its location to the village too. The swimming pool is right across from the condo. The beach is minutes away. Our family has a golf cart that we brought and we drove it everywhere on the island. It took about seven minutes to get to the beach and five minutes to the village! We will stay here again and would recommend you stay here because it is ideal for a group of six or less!

I travelled to St. Simons island for the first time and was very happy with the condo we reserve. Everything we needed was there and it was only a short walk to the beach and the pier. We truly enjoyed our time there. I would recommend this place to everyone.
We had a great time on the island. Condo was clean and very well equipped. It was in a very nice location and I highly recommend.
