Family of 4 there for a 3 night stay. The place exceeded my expectations with the comfortable beautiful interior as well as the fun outdoor areas to relax and enjoy family/friends. Great kitchen as well to cook everything we needed. Only thing I wish I had known was no shampoo or conditioner and I would have brought some. There are plenty of places nearby to purchase just wasn't on my initial list for first night of showers. You will need a car to get to the beaches etc. but I think that is the case anywhere on the island. If in the area I would have no hesitation to stay again.

We had such a great time staying here for the week. Two couples stayed in the house and we never felt crowded. The house was close to anything we needed or wanted to do. The property management company was so friendly and helpful.

This was a great house for our weekend at St Simon's! It was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We were provided with lots of towels and enough paper products to last three days. All four members of our group commented on how comfortable the beds were.
My only suggestion to the owners would be to add mirrors to the two downstairs bedrooms. The only mirror was the one in the shared bathroom.
Overall it was an awesome space and I would definitely rent again.

The Blue Pelican exceeded all expectations. The property had every amenity we could need and more. We hope to stay here again.

This place was pristine. I loved everything about this house. I would stay here anytime I visit. Very clean

The property worked great for our fall trip. We enjoyed the lanai and the Bluetooth speakers. Unit was in good shape and had room for everyone to spread out. The property is in a decent residential neighborhood. The neighboring homes were very close, but it still felt private. We had no issues with any of the neighbors. The first night the living room tv would not work and the upstairs ac unit did not work correctly. The rental service took care of it the next day and they were fine the rest of our stay. Towels and linens were a little worn, so you may want to bring your own soaps and towels if that matters. Overall a nice property and the rental company was very responsive.

Arriving at the offfice to be greeted by smiling, welcome faces gave a sense of calm and care without you even knowing we suffered a loss in the family. Thank you for the early check in and beautiful home. We will look to your for our future bookings. Thanks again!

My husband and I booked this home for a last minute trip to St. Simons in June and it was perfect! The house is beautifully furnished and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We loved the swing on the the lanai! Even though it was late June and hot, the fans outside made quite comfortable to sit and read!!

This house was the perfect place for my husband and me to spend 3 days! The house is gorgeous inside -- the master bath, especially!! --- and it is on a quiet, peaceful street. We loved the outside spaces, including a swing ideal for relaxing with a book. Despite it being late June (ie. hot), the fans outdoors made it super comfortable. Highly recommend!

This home could not have been more perfect for my vacation. I loved the open layout with the Livingroom, Dining Room and Kitchen being one incredibly large room. The master en suite on the second floor was lovely with an enormous walk in closet. The house was immaculate with everything you could need. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the property's general condition is that the grounds needed some upkeep. The unusual frost had killed many of the plants which left them looking unsightly.

The inside was clean and the outside space was very a great place to gather at night. The lights were fantastic!
