Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this luxury oceanfront top level condominium home located along Beachview Drive and across from the 5th Street Beach access point on St. Simons Island.
This is a unbelievable property! Beachview 913 is beautifully appointed, with marble floors, 15’ ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking and Kitchen-aide appliances, including separate wine cooler.
The living/dining room has a large flat screened TV and windows all across the ocean-facing side. This home features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites for complete privacy. You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed and ceiling fan. The master bath features both a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guestroom has a queen bed and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guestroom has a set of twin beds and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs on the garage level, you'll find your own man-cave! TV, foosball table, comfy couch, mini-bar and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The balcony, which stretches the length of the home, offers spectacular oceanfront views with plenty of seating for your entire family. If you are in to grilling, you will want to take advantage of the private elevator and drop down to the patio area for the perfect opportunity to “grill with a view”!
This property is ideal for a family or a couples retreat!
NOTE: Beachview 911 is located on the middle floor of the building. Beachview 913 is located on the top floor of the building. There are no shared access points between the two units.
With an oceanfront location and close proximity to the Pier area (for shopping and restaurants), Beachview 913 is a perfect vacation home for you on St. Simons Island!

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.

• Walk across the street for beach access, walk 1/2 mile to Pier and Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Elevators :
Private residential elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

913 Oceanview turned out to be more than we had imagined. The property is charming. It’s warm, inviting, quiet, comfortable and so convenient to everything you need, even with golf carts. And the location can’t be beaten. The views are gorgeous and you’ll see everything from sail boats to enormous ocean vessels passing quietly by. Such fun to see. Suffice it to say that we arrived as a tired family in need of some rejuvenation. We left feeling refreshed and peaceful (and a bit sad). Sad only because we didn’t want to leave ). We highly recommend this property and will stay here again and again!

Had an excellent time in a well decorated and well maintained beachfront home (beach across a lightly traveled street). The unit was nicely furnished, comfortable, and the main living level was very clean and laid out for comfort. The covered patio with a beautiful view was a nice extra. The closeness to the village shops and restaurants is always a big seller for us.
We gave the the general condition only a 4 star review because the downstairs game room (and the upstair unit before we aired it out) had a very strong musty smell that we could not we kept the ground floor windows open and didn't use the ground floor game room at all. We attribute it to the unit being lightly used over the fall and early winter months and being kept closed up, and maybe some moisture issues we're sure will be addressed. A couple of candles upstairs and windows open downstairs eliminated the problem quickly...and didn't deter our enjoyment.
We love our family gatherings in St. Simons at Christmastime (we come in from California and SC) and Beachview 913 is a home we will probably return to on our next visit.

Highly recommend this rental! Amazing views of the ocean from the top level and roof. Very spacious and comfortable throughout. Having an elevator was great for luggage and groceries! We walked to the beach everyday which was just across the street. Very convenient in location to the pier, etc. We would walk along the beach from our rental to the downtown area most mornings to get coffee or breakfast before the tide came in.
