This lovely, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom GROUND FLOOR condo is located in Barnes Plantation, right off of Frederica Road. The kitchen has been completely renovated including new counter tops and all stainless appliances, featuring a wine cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and renovated en-suite bathroom. You have a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, private en-suite bathroom and also a smart TV for streaming.

Barnes Plantation 506 has games, cards, beach towels - everything you need for a great week! You will also enjoy the screen porch area which is the perfect place for a late afternoon cocktail.

Amenities at Barnes Plantation include a large pool (heated for a portion of the year), fitness room, business center, children’s playground and community gas grills scattered throughout the complex.

When you stay here, it's all about location! Easy walk to Redfern Village where you will find shopping and a host of incredible restaurants Just down the street is the home of nationally known Southern Soul BBQ! All along this portion of Frederica Road there are shops, groceries, gas, hardware and many others retail establishments. For those here just for the beach - it's a quick two miles to the beach and also the Pier Village area with the St. Simons Lighthouse. Golf at Sea Palms about 10 minutes north.

This beautifully updated condo will sleep 4. You will absolutely enjoy your stay in this updated, comfortable condo that is convenient to so much on St Simons Island.

All Barnes Plantation units have a 7 night stay minimum.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (5 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles. NO Golf Carts are allowed in Barnes Plantation.
• 2 miles to the Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 2 miles to Pier Village

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

NOTE: Barnes Plantation does not allow trailers, golf carts, boats or other recreational vehicles to be parked on the property.
NOTE: All reservations must be a minimum of 7 nights.
