Real Escapes is a great company and was always accommodating and willing to work with me during my 5 month stay on SSI. I stayed at two places during my time and both were perfect for my needs.

The condo is generally nice, just very outdated. The master bath had hair in the shower and you couldn't use the outlets in there without the lights going out. It takes a REALLY long time for water to get hot in that bathroom - and the shower pressure is so strong, you can't actually shower in the master.
No deadbolt on the front door - just a little turn lock on the doorknob, which felt unsafe.
The kitchen is well stocked & clean. The beds are comfy, lots of room, and there is a stacked washer/dryer which was very nice to have!

Real Escapes was so great and easy to work with. I'm not sure if I would choose this condo again, but I will absolutely use Real Escapes every time I am in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. Close to the beach and to local restaurants. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Beach club in Unit 108. It was a neat, clean, and well apportioned unit.

We really enjoyed our experience at Beach Club #108. The location couldn't be beaten - it was on the beach, with a pool and hot tubs, and close to St. Simons attractions; it was also quiet and the property was comfortable and well-decorated. The air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived, but management fixed it promptly. The apartment itself is a little bit old and the king sized mattress could use replacing. But overall we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend the condo to others.

Experience was perfect; no issues at all. Had a wonderful condo and such a perfect location. Highly suggest this company for any rental needs.

We enjoyed our condo very much. Some of the light bulbs were out, and there were no replacements. This property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the furnishings were great. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Our second fall trip to The Beach Club. 108 is perfect for a couple or small family. Beach and great restaurants are just minutes away. Pleasure dealing with Real Escapes for local experience and information. Will definitely return to Beach Club and would stay in 108 again.

The unit was not as clean as I would have expected. All mirrors in the unit were dirty. The bathroom mirrors had tooth paste splatter. The large mirror in the living had hand prints all over it. The sliding glass doors were filthy as well. Greasy handprints all over. The balcony had food remnants/crumbs which caused ants. The dishes that were put away in the kitchen had caked on food. There was no dish soap, sponge or tissues in the unit.

Of Course Saint Simons don't disappoint! Fell in love with this place. I've stayed at a few more locations but always come back to the Beach Club. Good Location to amenities and great restaurants. Condo is clean and maintained. Yes, I would recommend.

Great experience; Real Escapes was a pleasure to deal with. However, there were numerous small items in need of repair, etc... Notified "Real Escapes" but they never came and fixed/repaired the items.

The size of the unit is very adequate for a couple spending more than just a few days. The master bedroom is quite large with a walk-in closet, access to a nice balcony with a view of the ocean, and a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub with a separate walk in shower. The bedroom has a king bed that needs a new mattress. The guest bedroom has a very good queen bed and mattress, a wall closet, access to the balcony with an ocean view. The bathroom is not in the guest bedroom, but is near. The kitchen is very small, but adequate. The laundry is a stacked unit just off of the kitchen. The living/dining area has decent size. It shares the balcony with the two bedrooms. There is a large flat screen TV in the living area. Each bedroom has a smaller flatscreen.

The beach club was a great place to stay! The staff at real escapes were super nice! We will visit again!

Fantastic

We came to St. Simons to be able to ride our bicycles (which we brought with us). We enjoyed riding all over this island and Jekyll, especially on the beach. What a great experience! I watch a lot of basketball during February and March, so I really enjoyed the 48" flat screen TV in the living area (the TVs in the bedrooms were also adequate - 32"). We liked the Beach Club so much that we are coming back next winter.

We visited SSI and stayed at the Beach Club 108 with another couple for Memorial Day weekend. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable. Checki in was very easy. The Beach Club was well organized on a busy weekend.

Overall a pretty good spot. Located away from the main pier so, lesser traffic to deal with. Public wifi in the building is horrible for heavy internet users. Easily remedied by purchasing an upgraded internet service through Comcast. Circuit breaker trips when utilizing washer and dryer simultaneously. Beach Club provides covered parking!

Overall I would say my stay was very positive. The beach club was fairly quite location and residents were friendly. The only negative with the condo that I stayed in was that the master bath could use some updating. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Club 108. The furniture in the den was new and comfy, although another chair or ottoman would be nice. The bedrooms were spacious and especially the queen bed was comfy. The master bath is a little dated, but I loved the large shower and soaking tub. Beach access was easy and there was plenty of parking.

We really enjoyed our island getaway. The condo was conveniently located right on the ocean, and there were plenty of places to walk around. We were even close enough to walk to several restaurants for dinner when the weather was cooperating : )
