The second bedroom has a set of double beds and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. There is an additional full bath upstairs with a tub/shower combination.
94 Kingsmarsh Way has a single garage with space on the driveway for an additional vehicle. This is a great property in a wonderful location close to grocery stores, shopping and the beach! Easy 5 minute walk to Redfern Village. The Pier Village is approximately 2 ½ miles away.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are two TVs in this property (den, master bedroom)
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

This place is awesome!! Everything you need and more!!! Tons of room and feels like home. Close to everything you need on the island. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!
