The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a dining table that comfortably seats six. Just beyond the main living area, a large screened-in porch serves as an ideal gathering space. With ample seating, including a comfortable sofa and a pit group arrangement for up to seven, it’s perfect for relaxing evenings or casual get-together. Just outside the porch, guests will find a gas grill and all the equipment needed for a classic Low-country seafood boil, making it easy to enjoy outdoor dining at its best.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We enjoyed another great trip to SSI with Real Escapes Properties! The house was very clean and well stocked. It was an easy walk to the pier. We drove to the beach and parked at the Coast Guard Station. The back screened in porch was a great place for our family to relax together.

We loved the back porch. This was so within We enjoyed the big back porch so much. We also enjoyed the walking to the pier area, shops and pickle ball courts. We definitely will book again. walking distance to the pier area and pickle ball courts. We will definitely be book again.
