Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condominium.
The condominium is a third floor end unit of the 760 Ocean Boulevard complex. #301 is comfortably furnished, generously sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include quartz counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite, with a partial ocean view. The living room has a large TV with a HDMI cable so you can stream from your laptop.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with an over sized walk in shower, garden tub and double vanities.
The guest bedroom also features a King bed. The attached bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can also be accessed from the hallway.
TVs have Sling Streaming and Roku. No cable service.
The community features one assigned covered parking space under the building and room for overflow outside the building. There is an elevator.
760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Village Shops & Restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach.

Another splendid month at this fine condo! The weather was spectacular. 70's and 80's all month. By far the best February we have experienced. We missed a 20" snow storm back in MN, we don't feel bad about it! Looking forward to next year.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, well furnished and clean. It was within walking distance of the Village and had a good view of the ocean. One suggestion I would make - the master br shower needs a grab bar. There is nothing to hold on to. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open, and we missed having a central place to meet other residents. We would stay there again for the same price.

Well appointed condo; beautiful art work; comfortable mattresses; kitchen as well supplied as mine at home; great location & view; 2 ice makers came in handy; elevator, outside hose to wash sandy feet & chairs, and covered parking for car & spot to leave beach gear all a plus; disappointed that TV’s had been removed from bedrooms especially on those rainy days and/or when viewing preferences differ (but that’s a personal preference). Just a lovely, well-cared for property.

The view of the ocean is amazing and I loved sitting on the patio just watching the view. The kitchen is spacious which came fully furnished. The bed is super comfortable as well. The master bathroom is also extremely spacious. Would stay here again for sure !

The condo was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Only issue we had was with the TV and availability of channels. They had OnDemand locked out and most of the channels we watch (Travel, History) were a subscription only. Can't stay on the beach 24 hours so really missed having something to watch at night. Otherwise, I would recommend this condo.

This condo is beautiful with an awesome view of the water! A walk across the street to the beach. The place was spotless with all amenities we needed. The master shower is enormous! Loved it.

The rental experience at 760 Ocean Blvd was above par. The unit was spacious and tranquil. The unit was also in close proximity to the beach and popular eating locations on the island. An update of the bedroom television is needed, however, that is no reason to miss out on this location.
