We loved this unit! Sparkling clean, well furnished, comfy beds (which is very important to us) and best of all - steps up the Village, our favorite restaurants! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We have rented this condo for many years. Love the location as is within walking distance to great restaurants & shopping. Added bonus is we can take our sweet dog with us. Plenty of parking, even though the spaces are very small. Can easily get door dings. Highly recommend!

The condominium as a whole wasn’t very large which made it feel more “private” and secluded but because of its location, it definitely wasn’t! The communal area was nice and clean. There were pool floats, noodles and a few other things that the kids were appreciative of. Now, for our unit. When we walked in, we were blown away by the tall ceilings, the gorgeous interior designs, the beautifully chosen tiles, paint colors, accents and furniture! It was simply stunning to be a rental vacation condo. The master suite was wonderful - spacious, beautifully decorated, luxury bathroom. The guest bedroom was a little tight on space but we literally used the room to sleep in and store our clothes, so we weren’t complaining. The beds were both on the firmer side, if that’s a concern. The owners left a few beach things in the master bathroom closet (beach chairs, mid size shovels, boogey board). There were a few beach towels available for us to use if we needed them. Both bedrooms had access to the fairly large balcony, which had 4 chairs and 2 side tables. The view isn’t anything to write home about but again, we spent most of our time away from the condo, anyway. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - a coffee pot coffee maker AND a Keurig, wine glasses, silverware, cutting boards, etc. The drive to the pier village was barely enough to call it a “drive”. We honesty could have walked but chose to drive and park. Our only complaints, if that’s what you want to called them, are that the parking is a little tight so a 3-point turn was more like a 15-point turn and any extra linens aside from towels and washcloths weren’t in a super obvious place. I think one set of linen was in a drawer, another set in one closet, and another set in a different closet.
Overall, we loved this place and were so sad to leave!

This was a great rental. The layout was wonderful and the location can't be beat. You are within walking distance from the pier and many great restaurants. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Perfect location! Easy to walk our puppy to St Simon’s village and around the park/lighthouse area. Place was very clean, quiet and full of light!
We all enjoyed the back porch - with views of beautiful live oak trees.
Plenty of room and lovely interior furnishings.

liked the property location and closeness to the village; the layout was very open, sunny, etc and bedrooms and porches were nice. The place was not that clean, floor was dirty (had been vacuumed but not moped for a long time) the counters and fridge had been wiped with something that left a film. No cleaning supplies in the unit whatsoever; could not clean the counters or floor if I wanted to. Rug had several stains on it. Dishwasher door close switch not working, could not get it to come on when we left. Smoke alarm in adjoining building came on twice while we were there. Family moved in upstairs 2 days before we left, very noisy.

This property is amazing! Close to the beach and restaurants. The unit was bright, spacious and clean!
We can’t wait to come back next year

Great 2 bedroom condo. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen had the necessities to cook with (if you so desired). Loved being able to walk to the Village. Would absolutely rent again.

Everything was great. 2nd year in a row here. Will rent again next year if rates stay the same. Internet did not work and cable was out last two days. Fortunately we had hotspot access and unlimited data plan. We really like it and live location.

This was a beautiful unit. Beyond convenient. Just steps away from the village.

This condo was perfect! Beautifully appointed finishes and decor. The location is in the heart of the Pier Village and you can walk to everything! There was ample parking for the unit with a gate that is closed overnight.

It was a great place to stay. convenient to town and walking. The only negative I have is there was not a cart to use to unload our stuff. Since we were in town for two bridal showers and for 9 days we had quite a bit to carry.

We are regular travelers to St. Simons and have stayed in many rentals over the years. Because we love the village area, this unit was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go from the condo and it was clean and comfortable. This unit could easily accommodate two couples. All appliances were well maintained and in good working order. The unit does not have a large variety of cookware, just the basics. I would recommend this unit for anyone who enjoys staying in the village/pier area.

The minute you walk inside you feel at home. Beautifully decorated and maintained. The furniture was comfy cozy and the beds were very comfortable, as well as the bathrooms being large. The balconies off the bedrooms are the perfect way to wake up and have your morning coffee.
The condo is located one block from the pier and you can walk everywhere.
The only negative is there was no Keurig Coffee Maker, regular coffee makers just aren’t as good.
Will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful condo! Gorgeous kitchen and a comfortable great room. I loved sipping my coffee on the balcony every morning. And it’s adjacent to the “downtown” shops, restaurants, pier and lighthouse, so wonderfully walkable. Check in and out was very easy.

Condo was located in the village area. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the pier. It has a large living area and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed staying there.

Nicely decorated, quiet and convenient.
Beds are extremely firm and master closet holds owners beach items, has an odd odor.

Amazing condo! Right in town and 5-10 minutes to the beach (depending on the tide). The master is super spacious. The kitchen is beautiful. The porch of each bedroom is nice. Check-in process was very easy! Would stay again!!

Great location, 1/2 block from SSI Pier, Shops, Restaurants. Beautifully decorated, modern well equipped kitchen, clean & comfortable.

Everything was nice about this place. Our favorite part was the morning walks to the pier and around the village. Also an easy walk to the beach. There are offices below on the first floor so heavy feet or little ones that run a lot will get you a stiff reprimand from the men in suits.

Another great vacation at 400 Ocean Blvd, #1200! Beautifully decorated and very spacious! Bonus is the close proximity to the ocean and Mallery St! Everything you need to see & do is within walking distance. Office staff is always friendly & very accommodating!

I would highly recommend the condo. It is very clean and comfortable. It is well stocked and a short walk to the village. There was plenty of room for my family of four. I hope to stay here again.

Very clean apartment, excellent appearance, nice decoration. Mattresses extremely uncomfortable, tried both. Location very good and convenient. Parking for my apartment in particular blocked and finally last day of stay by myself realized there was a parking with apartment number in back of building (notified rental office). Make several calls after hours and no call back. I was told, I was going to get a follow call because decided to leave before the days paid and never did.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo for the month of February. It was spacious, clean and met our needs. It was great to have a washer and dryer and the king bed in the master was great. The location is great; steps from downtown and shopping and restaurants. Great rental!

The property was exactly as described and conveniently located a short walk to restaurants, shops, the pier and lighthouse area. With exception of the ceiling fans coated woth a quarter inch of dust and debris (seems to be a reoccurring theme with properties we rent, no one looks up to clean,lol) the condo was impeccably clean. Was definitely the best rental we’ve stayed in at the SSI area, and pet friendly as well! Highly recommend.

We have visited Saint Simons for years, but this is the first time staying here. For the price, you can’t get a better location. The unit was clean and provided plenty of cookware/towels/etc. The only negative on the stay (and this would definitely not keep us from staying here again) was the parking. The complex is gated, but the gate stays open during the day. While open, you cannot park in the designated spot for unit 1200. There are plenty of extra first-come spots behind building, though. Again, it was not a big deal but worth noting for anyone that may need to park closer to entrance. Overall, one of the best places we have ever stayed on the island. The people at Real Escapes are also second-to-none on customer service.

We got a refund was referred to your location and was grateful. This condo met and exceeded our expectations. Us moving was the best thing that happened on our vacation. It was beautiful and clean!

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The property was also within walking distance to many of the local restaurants.
