Loved this place! It's exactly as advertised. It's convenient to stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for us (7) and kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. The pool was awesome!

Excellent location, conveniently located near town, beach, and parks. Ample room for everyone in our party. The pool and backyard space are perfect for family time. Quiet and cozy neighborhood, with a beautiful tree lined backdrop. Had a blast!

We had 4 generations staying together for the first time and we had a great time.

The rental was everything we wanted and more. We had 7 adults stay and everyone had enough room, their own privacy with plenty of bathrooms and lots of room to lounge around together or separately. We loved everything about our stay here.

There were 8 of us who stayed at this home and it was perfect for us! Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor area with pool. Very clean and not too far from everything on the island!

Great gathering place, more roomy then appears in the photes. Great bedroom sizes. We all enjoyed the stay.
It would be nice to have the pool heated.

Perfect perfect perfect. This is the best vrbo that we have stayed. The pool was absolutely great. The kitchen is a dream come true with every appliance possible. Beds were super comfortable. The decor was sooo cute. Management and owners went above and beyond with our request of some personal situations. Thank you so very much for sharing your gorgeous home !!!!

Had a great vacation! House was great, plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
My only complaint was that the pool area landscape was unkempt and overgrown. There seems to be a stagnant stream of water on the neighbors side of the fence and the mosquitoes were awful. We couldn’t even get in the pool with being inundated with mosquitoes. We finally had to buy bug spray and tiki torches to make it bearable.

We had a great week on St Simons Island. The beach was perfect! Our vacation home had great features such as plenty of room, five bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, nice pool area, beautiful art work, and overall great location. However our stay was a comedy or errors beginning with a gas leak. We then had no stove top, hot water, leaking roof, and no tv or internet. Despite our challenges, it was a wonderful vacation week.

We had a wonderful week at this home. Loved the openness of great room. Lots of light and comfy furniture. House had a wonderful and very well stocked kitchen and plenty of cabinets to put snacks and foods we brought. The parking was great with circular driveway in front. Pool area was nice and tables and chairs were nice too. Beds were comfortable as well. Very nice full size washer and dryer and internet worked well for my husband so that was a big plus for him. We also liked the 5 bathrooms. Bunk room was especially cute. Front door was tight to close but we mostly came through back door. Loved it being a one story

Great open floor plan with well stocked kitchen. Pool was nice but dirty. Beds need upgrade. Loved the open floor plan and lots of outside views. It could use some repairs, thorough cleaning and exterminating. Overall great house for a girls retreat

This was our second year in this house and it was as lovely as ever for our group of eight ladies. We really appreciate the thoroughly outfitted kitchen, private pool area and open kitchen and dining. Some of the beds could use an upgrade and pool cleaning only once a week with heavy rains and pollen was inadequate.

Broken glass around the pool causing child foot injury. Grill does not heat enough to actually cook seafood. Shower did not drain immediately upon use. House has nice amenities, but needs more attention to details.

The property was just as described in the advertisement. The kitchen was well appointed with EVERYTHING you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The entire house was fresh, clean and inviting. The pool was clean. Rent a golf cart so that you can experience the island on a more intimate level. We did and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. I would recommend this property and property rental company to anyone.

This property was really amazing and met the needs of our family. It was large with several rooms and bathrooms and was decorated beautifully with wonderful artwork and fabulous Persian rugs! The pool was great and overall the house is set in a convenient location in a nice little neighborhood. My only complaint would be that the house could have been a little bit cleaner —there were things left under the couches from previous guests and could have used a deeper scrub. In general, I would still highly recommend this property and will definitely plan on staying here again!

This was a nice house and we enjoyed not having to have stairs, but glad the pool had an easy stair access! The only issues were the main master bedroom (converted from garage) was warm unless you stood right under the ceiling fan- the bed was not under the fan so it was hot at night. We had to buy a fan to sleep in there. The other issue was television- the one in back bedroom wasn't a smart tv, we couldn't use the main living room TB onNetflix if the kids were watching on the TV in the smaller living room. Kitchen supplies were great except no pizza cutter

In the nine years that my girls group has been taking an annual beach vacation, this house by far was the best appointed in every way. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance, bakeware, dishware that you could ever need. We are so used to renting properties that are sparsely Appointed that we now travel with numerous boxes of our own items however this year they all stayed in the car.
The very minor issues that we had with the house were very quickly addressed by the property management company. We have already booked this house again for next year.

The house was wonderfully located and we were able to ride our bikes most every where. The space was great and there was plenty of room for my large family to spread out between adults, teens and kids. This is the first vacation rental that we have ever stayed in with a table big enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was well appointed. The pool area was big enough for us all to enjoy. The home was easily accessible for my elderly mother who can't do steps (there was a step in shower inside the home as well). I really only have two down sides... the master bedroom was REALLY hot even with air conditioning and a couple of the bathrooms were really tight space wise. Other than those two things, this HOUSE was perfect. We've even talked about booking it for next summer! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
