The spacious Master suite is also on the main living level and has spa type bath with large shower, double vanity & linen shelving. Powder Room & Laundry room #1 complete the main floor.
As you enter the the third floor you are greeted with has a large media room with bar area with fridge & built-ins & 2 spacious Guest Bedrooms share a Jack & Jill Bath. Both of these bedrooms have king beds. The 4th Bedroom - has a queen bed and and its own en suite.
Garage with contemporary glass door has ample space to include a golf cart area with charging station & leads to the POOL/Spa & outdoor cooking/Living space.
POOL is Salt water & can be heated for an additional charge.

NOTE: Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Occupancy: 8 - Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons)
Pets: Sorry, dogs and other pets are not allowed.
Parking: Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway and 2 in the garage.
Age: Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels, Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Our 4‑day stay with Real Escapes Properties, Inc. on St. Simons Island was truly exceptional. Finding the home and getting inside was incredibly easy — the check‑in process was smooth, clear, and completely effortless.The property itself was spotless. We arrived to a beautifully maintained, fresh, and very clean home that immediately set the tone for a relaxing family getaway. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and the home exceeded our expectations.Communication from Real Escapes Properties, Inc. was great from start to finish. They were responsive, friendly, and helpful.The location was another highlight, a wonderful place to unwind — peaceful, private, and full of charm. The neighborhood felt safe and serene, with easy walkable access to the beach, pier, restaurants...Overall, this rental was a fantastic value for the price. My family loved every moment, and we would happily stay with Real Escapes Properties, Inc. again.
