On the main level, you will notice hardwood flooring throughout, an open living area that overlooks the kitchen, formal living and dining room, and a guest bedroom with a full bath and king sized bedding. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, gas stove, large island, and custom cabinetry. The kitchen island seats 6 and the dining room can seat 6. You are just steps away from the heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Use the pool year round!

Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms and a common area TV room. The master bedroom is large with an en-suite bath and king bedding. The other three bedrooms have a Queen, a Full size bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms and the common area den have flat panel TV's.

This home has it all. All you will need is the time to come down and take advantage of this well equipped and ideally located house!

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
• Dogs allowed with the addition of a pet fee.
• Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway (No trailers please). Garage is not available.
• 2 miles to Coast Guard Station/East Beach, 2 miles to Pier, Lighthouse and Village, walk to Redfern Village

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
