As listed for no pets allowed, there were signs of a pet in this home right away. The air was not fresh and a lot of dust present behind and under furniture. The master bed mattress was wearing out and in need of replacement. Pillows with dog sayings, a basket of dog chew toys tucked under a table. It was not helpful knowing that it was a home where a dog lives. I have asthma and the smell was obvious to me. The kitchen had worn out pots and pans and the kitchen cabinets could use some decluttering.
The day we arrived I was drying my hands in the bathroom and the hand towel rack fell off the wall, so I feel the home could be kept up better.

This very attractive home is very well appointed with all the necessities to make for a relaxing week! The lovely grounds and front porch make for great coffee drinking and happy hour! Wonderful neighborhood located just a short walk to town! The Pier and many excellent dining options along with great shopping opportunities are easily walkable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely home close to town and the beach! Nicely decorated and beautiful neighborhood. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook with to make nice meals. Beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home.

Stayed here many years. Very nice, only complaint is the couch covers either need to be washed or replaced and the management company needs to replace lightbulbs.

Great house and even better location. The rental company was great and even reminded me about Barbara Jeans

Beautiful house in an adorable neighborhood. Kitchen had every utensil you needed to cook but close enough to walk to all the restaurants. Perfect amount of space to gather but enough nooks to get away for quiet reading too. We rented bikes and it was a quick (and beautiful mossy oak) ride to the beach. I highly recommend this house. Also, rental agency was very professional and responsive. Truly a wonderful experience.

Great location, neighbors, and spacious home, but disappointed to see dog hair on bed linens and soiled slip covers on sofas.

We are long time visitors to St Simons. This time we needed two homes to accommodate our growing numbers. Right across from each other was perfect, and we like the Village location. I will rent this home again!

Great home, plenty of storage space in kitchen. Nice cooking pots, pans, etc. Good size living area. Beautiful neighborhood. Convenient to downtown.
Only one complaint, desperately needs a new washing machine.

Very nice and pleasant.

We loved this house! It was gorgeous and in the perfect location. Our only complaints were the amount of bugs we found (dead and alive) in the house and the lack of quality bath linen.
