offers several different types of vacation rentals because we realize
that every family needs something just a little bit different for
the perfect vacation.
Our
rental properties range from condominiums to homes to resorts and
accommodate a wide variety of tastes, locations and price ranges. We have
a little something for everyone!
If you absolutely must be right at
the beach, you'll love East Beach! As
you may know, parts of our beautiful beaches are, unfortunately, under
water at high tide. Not so at East Beach! Here you will find sandy beach
all day and night long!
If you'd like
to be closer all the amenities St. Simons Island has to
offer such as shopping, restaurants and attractions, consider a
Mid-Island rental.
Are you more into
shopping and the "night life"? Do you like to wander
out onto the Pier and watch the fishermen with their daily catch
and the dolphins swimming? Then, please check out the Village/Pier
area. This is the heartbeat of our Island and we all enjoy the occasional
stroll down Mallory Street.
Midway between East Beach and the
Village/Pier area is the King & Prince area. This is kind of the best of
both worlds. The most alluring feature of this area? You can walk to Sweet
Mama's!! Looking for
peace and quiet and maybe a little solitude? Or have you come to enjoy our
renowned golf courses? If so, check out Sea Palms at the
North End of the
Island. A little different flavor than then above areas, you will
definitely enjoy the neighborhood feel and the beautiful old oaks with
their cascading Spanish moss.
