than a competitive, basis with you. We respect the time and effort
that has gone in to preparing your property for the vacation rental
market, as well as the marketing involved in securing responsible
tenants. We also recognize that most folks need to see the highest
possible return for their investment dollars. We don't insist
on the exlusive marketing rights to your property. Rather, what
we propose is a partnership of sorts. We agree to service the
rentals you book in your property for a largely reduced commission
rate. This service includes distributing keys, arranging for housekeeping
services and handling any maintenance issues that arise. You agree
that if we are able to secure a booking in your property through
our marketing efforts that you will pay our regular commission
rate for that booking. We truly believe this is a win-win situation
for everyone, including your guests.
