Simmons is undergoing a major renovation and as of Spring, 2005, will feature 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a rooftop deck (enjoy stunning views of the marsh and ocean) and a full house elevator!

The first floor features two bedrooms each with a Queen and 2 full baths.  

The second floor is the main living area with living room, dining room and kitchen.

The third floor features a bedroom with King and an additional bedroom with a Queen futon.
