management companies offer approximately the same services. What
sets one company apart from their competitors is the manner in
which they conduct their business.
Real
Escapes Properties business philosophy is simple: Our clients,
customers and guests are the reason we exist, and they will always
be our first priority.
We
do things a little differently at Real Escapes Properties. We
understand that though you may make your property available for
vacation rentals, it is still your home and has been furnished
and outfitted to suit your needs and tastes. We don’t ask
you to change your bedding, furniture or arrangements to better
suit rental guests. More directly, we will advise you to furnish
your home exactly according to your tastes and we will promote
it accordingly.
Additionally,
we will never ask you to limit the time you spend in your home
to accommodate more rental guests. If you would like to occupy
your home at any time, we ask only that you let us know with as
much advance notice as possible.
Lastly,
and perhaps most importantly, we don’t ask you to follow
a lot of rules to do business with us. We do have guidelines in
place, but many policies are negotiable and we will do everything
possible to accommodate you and your unique situation.
