Affectionately known as "Ocean Long Walk", this lovely and modern community is a comfortable stroll to the Village and Pier (and most importantly, the Dairy Queen!)  Large oaks line the drive and you will find many reasons to make Ocean Walk your community of choice for St. Simons vacations. Enjoy two community pools, one heated, tennis courts and a fitness center all on site. A big plus for the little ones in your party (and maybe some of the big people, too) is a large duck pond right in the middle of the community. Many turtles have also been spotted there! 

You will absolutely love the privacy afforded by this 2-level townhome style condominium. There is no one above or below you and this unit is just next to the duck pond. Kids of all ages enjoy feeding time! Ocean Walk G-4 is bright and cheery, with comfortable furniture and lots of homey touches.

As you enter the front door, the separate dining room is just to your right and the kitchen with full size washer/dryer is just to your right. Go straight into the living room through a small hallway with a half bath and you can walk right out the sliding glass doors onto the lovely screened porch.
